These terms apply when you contact OBSESTECH LLC ("Obses-Tech", "we", "us") through WhatsApp, our website, phone or email. By contacting us or using these channels, you agree to them.
What these channels are for
These channels are for general questions, requests for information and quotes, and scheduling for technical consulting and training for industrial and commercial facilities. Any paid service is provided only under a separate written agreement or proposal that we both accept.
No engineering advice through chat
Information we give you in chat, including replies from our automated assistant, is general information. It is not engineering, legal, safety or other professional advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Installation work and licensed engineering services are performed only by appropriately licensed parties under a separate agreement. Do not rely on a chat message for safety-critical or code-compliance decisions.
Automated assistant
We use an automated assistant, powered by artificial intelligence, to give first replies. It can be wrong or incomplete. You can ask to speak with a person at any time. We may review conversations to improve our service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Messaging, consent and opting out
By sending us a WhatsApp message you agree that we may reply to you on the same channel. We send marketing messages only if you have agreed to receive them. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Acceptable use
Do not use these channels to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive or harmful content, to attempt to access our systems without authorization, or to send spam or malicious files. We may block or stop responding to numbers that do.
Intellectual property
The content we provide, including documents, training material and our name and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute it without our written permission.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
These channels and the information we provide through them are offered "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of these channels, and our total liability for any claim related to them is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Third-party services
WhatsApp is operated by Meta and is subject to WhatsApp's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
