OBSESTECH LLC ("Obses-Tech", "we", "us") is a Texas company that provides technical consulting and training for industrial and commercial facilities. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us through WhatsApp, our website, phone or email, and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
Contact details: your phone number and WhatsApp profile name, and your email address if you give it to us.
Message content: the text and files you send us, our replies, and message timestamps and delivery status.
Website forms: the information you submit through our contact form.
Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or government ID numbers over WhatsApp. We do not ask for them.
How we use information
To answer your questions and follow up on requests for information, quotes or training.
To operate, secure and improve our support channels and to prevent abuse.
To keep business records and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Automated assistant and AI processing
We use an automated assistant to give first replies on WhatsApp. The text of your messages is processed by Google's Gemini AI service to draft those replies. The assistant can make mistakes and does not provide engineering, legal, medical or financial advice. You can ask to speak with a person at any time, and our team reviews the conversations the assistant passes to us.
Who we share information with
We share information with service providers that help us operate: Meta/WhatsApp (messaging platform), Supabase (database hosting), Google (AI processing), and the email, project-management and integration tools we use to notify our team and handle requests. They may use the information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or in a sale or transfer of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep message records for 24 months after our last interaction with you, unless the law requires a longer period or we need them to resolve a dispute. After that we delete or dYour choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop messaging you (reply STOP). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, such as access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our services are meant for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13.
Where information is processed
We process information in the United States. Our providers may process it in other countries.
Third-party terms
WhatsApp is operated by Meta. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
