User Data Deletion

You can ask OBSESTECH LLC ("Obses-Tech") to delete the personal information we hold about you, including your WhatsApp conversations with us.

How to request deletion

1. Email contact@obsestech.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include the phone number you used to contact us on WhatsApp and, if you have one, your email address.

2. WhatsApp: send the message "DELETE MY DATA" from the number you want us to delete.

3. Phone: call (832) 237-6518 or toll-free (877) 627-3785 and ask for a data deletion request.

What happens next

We may ask you to confirm that the number or email belongs to you.

We will delete or de-identify your conversations, contact details and related records, and confirm to you when it is done. We aim to do this within 30 days of verifying your request.

We may keep limited information that the law requires us to keep (for example, tax, accounting or legal-dispute records) or that we need to honor your request, such as a record that you asked us to stop messaging you.

Data held by service providers on our behalf is deleted through the same process. Copies in routine backups are removed when those backups expire.

Stop messages only

If you only want us to stop messaging you, reply STOP on WhatsApp. We will not send you further messages.
